What do administrators want from their faculty, and what do faculty members want from administrators? Answering these questions is key not only to better collaboration but also to the future survival of many institutions.

New data from a survey conducted by Huron Consulting and the American Council on Education show that better collaboration amoung stakeholders is critical for institutions that want to succeed during these times of increasing financial pressure and decreasing enrollment.
