The New Faculty Retirement Landscape

March 2nd, 2023 2 PM ET

In 2023, goals of retirement are fading for higher ed faculty. Because of inflation, a volatile stock market, and reduced employer contributions, about 25% of faculty members say they've had to push back on their retirement goals.

While this is a growing pain for individual faculty members, it also presents dilemmas for institutions trying to manage their academic work force.

Join us on March 2nd for a Virtual Forum as we explore the current state of the faculty work force, evolving retirement plans, and what institutions can do to put their employees on an efficient path forward.
