A student-centered approach has long focused on supporting lower-income students by spending more on a range of technologies designed to help put them on the path to graduation. And with many universities now in the midst of both online and in-person classes this semester, Chief Information Officers have taken a central role in developing new ways to meet the changing needs of these students.
